Lisa Toland
Managing Director
Lisa is a Board member and head of pensions at BWCI Pension Trustees (Jersey) Limited. She is a professionally qualified trust estate practitioner with 21 years’ experience in the finance industry.
See More >>Born and educated in Wales, Lisa initially worked at Barclays before moving into trust and company administration, working for various established trust companies, both in Jersey and the BVI.
Lisa has two sons and apart from spending time with her family, her main interests outside the office are following rugby and spending time with friends.
Martin Healey
Technical Director
Martin is our technical specialist and is the point of contact for financial advisors and companies. He is professionally qualified and has over 25 years’ experience in the industry.
See More >>Born and educated in England he moved to Jersey 33 years ago. Martin started his career working in both retail banking and investment houses, providing investment advice both domestically and internationally.
He has been part of the consultation process in connection with the changes in pension legislation and the revised guidance notes and he is part of the working party with Revenue Jersey that meets regularly to discuss the changes in pensions.
Eddie McCafferty
Head of Compliance
Eddie has held key person roles within Polygon Pensions (now BWCI Pension Trustees (Jersey) Limited), and has compliance experience in Trust Company, General Insurance Mediation, Investment and Captive Insurance Business.
See More >>She was previously Head of Compliance for a leading global bank, dealing with Trust Company Business and Private Banking. Throughout Eddie’s career she has developed a breadth of industry knowledge which is invaluable in supporting the business in managing its risk and regulatory compliance obligations.
Eddie holds the International Compliance Diploma and has had ICA Fellow Membership since 2023.
Eddie has recently been able to enjoy a three-day week, allowing her to spend more quality time with her granddaughters. Other outside interests include travel, socialising and dabbling in antiques and collectables.
Rachel Douglas
Assistant Manager
Rachel joined the company in 2023 and is the Assistant Manager in the Pensions department.

Raised and educated in Jersey, Rachel has 2 sons and apart from spending time with her family she enjoys socialising with her friends and keeping fit.
Andreia Freitas
Senior Pension Administrator
Andreia joined the company in 2019 as a pensions administrator. She recently passed the STEP Certificate in International Trust Management.

Originally from Madeira, Andreia moved to Jersey in 2011. In her spare time she loves travelling, shopping and cooking.
Sandra Carvalho
Pension Administrator
Sandra is a pension administrator, who joined the company in 2021. She is a professionally qualified trust estate practitioner with 15 years’ experience in the finance industry.
